Our Management, Business Administration and Customer Service courses are suitable for experienced staff members who are looking to gain their first qualification or to build on existing qualifications and experience. All of the courses we deliver are tailor-made to meet your company’s needs and those of the individuals undergoing the training. They are delivered in your workplace for added convenience.
All our courses are accredited and nationally recognised.
We can also provide coaching, training and performance assessment on an individual basis.
Our Management courses range from Levels 2 to 5, while Business Administration and Customer Service are delivered at Levels 2 and 3. You will have the opportunity to choose from a range of units and modules, depending on your goals for the training, and we will discuss this with you in detail during the initial consultation.

Achieving a qualification

To achieve the full qualification, training participants would have to complete a combination of the above and/or other course modules. We will discuss this with you during our initial consultation.

Each unit can be completed as a standalone module and provide a qualification in its own right.

Each of our course units are priced at between £250.00 and £295.00. Bundles of qualifications taken together are priced individually to ensure that you receive substantial discounts per unit taken. Discounts also apply where more than one individual is taking a course at the same work location.
