    Our client, a successful, quality driven training provider is seeking a professional, experienced Trainer to deliver security and customer service Level 2 qualifications to a range of learners entering the security sector.  Learners are voluntarily on the courses.  They are generally looking to develop their skills to progress onto employment in the security sector.  You will need to have gained solid training experience preferably with qualifications for training and assessment.  If you can deliver cleaning, customer service, safeguarding and prevent, equality and diversity that would be useful and there may be more work available.

    Our clients Youth Project caters for young people aged 18 – 25 years of age with a range of disabilities who live predominantly in Portsmouth.  It provides a varied programme of activities that help build confidence, improve self-esteem, social skills and independence, including supported volunteering and work experience.  All activities take place in groups with the help and support of trained staff & volunteers. The purpose of this project is to promote and support independence, socialisation and work-skills.

    As Deputy Project Leader you will help develop, plan, organise and lead a programme of activities for service users. This will include taking subs and recording attendance, running the activity and coordinating a small team of staff & volunteers in the absence of the Leader.

    This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and creatively minded person to help develop this relatively new service.  Good planning, organisational and communication skills are essential along with the ability to interact well with young people. A full driving licence together with use of a car would be advantageous.
