    Our client is seeking a Sales Team Leader who will be part of a global team working around the clock and made up of approximately 150 people from more than 30 different countries. Their customers include the fastest growing, most exciting tech players out there - including giants and unicorns you know and use daily.


    As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for growing revenue from newly signed and existing customers, by supporting the head of sales in supervising and mentoring a group of passionate and driven sales reps with the aim of closing high quality, sustainable business. You will create an inspiring team environment with a culture of open communication, encouraging creativity and risk-taking.


    You will report into the Head of Sales and be responsible for driving the sales team forward. You will have about 6 direct reports who you will need to work with to help increase their pipelines, deal with escalations/blockages, run weekly one2 ones and sales kick off meetings. You will need both strong commercial acumen and data analysis skills. You will not have your own personal sales targets to meet but will rewarded on the success of the team.
