We established Grey Seal as a recruitment company in 2002. From the outset, we worked with clients in a range of sectors, including Education and Training, Accountancy, HR, Retail, Sales and Senior Appointments. Over time, we have expanded to provide training, including government funded training and apprenticeships, for which we have developed an outstanding reputation. Although we are based in the Midlands, we offer nationwide recruitment, training and apprenticeships’ coverage.
We offer a range of recruitment services, including a full Recruitment Agency Service and Bespoke Recruitment options. Our bespoke training courses include Management, Customer Service, Business Administration, Team Leading and other courses, many of which are government funded, as well as commercial training.
We work in partnership with you, as clients, candidates and learners, and to build long-term relationships through excellent customer service and value-added services.

Our Directors have extensive experience in business leadership, development, recruitment, training, and general management, with international experience in Europe, the US and South Africa.
All of our trainer assessors are qualified to the highest levels and have years of experience behind them.
Our dedicated main contacts for recruitment, apprenticeships and training are qualified in customer service and team leading, and are currently working towards a management qualification through Grey Seal.
All our support staff have also completed nationally recognised courses in Business Administration or Customer Service, which makes them ideally placed to understand and support your recruitment and training needs.
